Alistar is an Associate Director with the Corporate & Professionals division at H/Advisors Klareco, where she leads corporate communications strategy, executive profiling, integrated content development, research and analysis, media training, as well as issues and crisis communications. Alistar’s approach is rooted in data-first storytelling, translating complex data and business realities into narratives that shape perception, drive relevance and protect reputation. She partners with her clients to build communications strategies that protect and advance corporate reputation and drive business impact.

In her career, Alistar led regional employer branding and communications strategy at a Dutch-headquartered recruitment firm through global organisational transformation, covering work trends, employment legislation as well as corporate change management. She began her career at PR agencies advising pharmaceutical and medical device companies, technology firms, food and beverage brands, as well as government agencies on thought leadership, product launches, events and conferences, crisis management and media engagements.
